Ingredients:
- 2 lemons
- 1 middle-sized ginger root
- 500gr honey
Directions:
Chop the lemon after washing it well. Peel and slice the ginger. Put these ingredients in a clean glass jar of 1l. Add the honey, but make sure you leave some space at the top. Leave it to sit for one day for the lemon and the ginger to release their juices.
Close the jar well. Store it in the fridge for 1-2 months. After this time, the mixture will turn into a jelly. Optionally, you can use some warm water to dilute it.
The recommended daily intake for adults is 2 tablespoons a day, and for children, 1-2 teaspoons a day.
