- 4kg of tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. sugar
Directions:
Wash the tomatoes well. After grinding them, put them in a cooking pot and add the salt and sugar. Cook the mixture for about ten minutes while stirring frequently. Leave the juice to cool off then pour it in glass jars and close well. Keep the tomato juice refrigerated for longer shelf life.
